Struvento Cleaning & Turnover
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is for interiors that need more than a surface wipe—build-up in kitchens, baths, and floors. Restoration and specialty cleanup are separate services.
Why this service exists
- Heavier soil than a turnover wipe-down
- Still a cleaning spec, not reconstruction
- Can be residential or small commercial interiors
- Scope listed so “deep” is not unlimited labor
Process
How this service runs
- 1
Soil survey
Photos of kitchens, baths, and floors set the hours.
- 2
Agree on extras
Inside appliances, interior windows, and baseboards are yes/no items.
- 3
Work room by room
High-soil rooms take more of the schedule, and that is planned into the visit.
- 4
Re-walk
Build-up jobs need a second look, not a drive-off.
Questions
FAQ
- Will you remove biohazard or sewage?
- That work is coordinated with a qualified specialty contractor.
- Is this the same as move-out cleaning?
- Move-out is a product type. Deep cleaning describes soil level. They can overlap; we still write a list.
