Struvento Cleaning & Turnover
Move-Out Cleaning
Move-out cleaning is for a space that is empty or emptying. The goal is a defined clean of kitchens, baths, floors, and reachable interiors so the next occupant or landlord is not inheriting someone else’s soil.
Why this service exists
- Built for empty or nearly empty interiors
- Kitchen and bath attention typical of lease returns
- Can precede a landlord walkthrough
- Does not include packing or hauling unless separately scoped
Process
How this service runs
- 1
Confirm emptiness
Remaining belongings change the job. We need to know what will still be there.
- 2
Clean high-soil rooms first
Kitchens and baths set the standard for a move-out.
- 3
Floors and extras
Floors, interior glass, and reachable fixtures follow the agreed list.
- 4
Owner walk
Misses are easier to fix before the truck is gone.
Questions
FAQ
- Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?
- Appliance interiors can be included when they are empty and in the spec. They are not assumed.
- What if the unit is still full?
- That is not a move-out clean. Cleanout or junk removal may need to happen first.
