Struvento Drywall & Painting

Exterior Painting

Exterior painting is weather- and substrate-dependent. We scope preparation, coating, and access rather than promising a single product for every elevation. Siding, trim, and previously coated surfaces are treated as different problems.

Why this service exists

  • Prep matched to the existing coating and substrate
  • Access and weather windows planned into the schedule
  • Trim and body can be sequenced separately when needed
  • Pairs with exterior cleaning when surfaces need to be washed first

Process

How this service runs

  1. 1

    Assess the envelope

We look at coating failure, moisture, and what can honestly be painted versus what needs other trades.

  2. 2

    Prepare

Scraping, sanding, and spot priming are scoped instead of skipped.

  3. 3

    Coat

Application follows weather and product limits. We do not paint through conditions the coating cannot handle.

  4. 4

    Review elevations

We walk the finished sides with you before calling the job complete.

Questions

FAQ

Do you paint brick or masonry?
Some masonry coatings are possible. They are scoped separately from typical siding work.
What about peeling paint?
Failing coatings need prep. We will say so rather than paint over active failure.
