Struvento Exterior Cleaning washes building exteriors, hardscape, decks, and gutters using methods matched to the surface—including pressure washing, soft washing, and commercial exterior cleaning.

A Struvento Division

Struvento Exterior Cleaning

Too much pressure on the wrong siding is damage, and too little on concrete does nothing. Struvento Exterior Cleaning specifies the method by surface—siding, concrete, decks, gutters—so the wash matches the material.

Why this division

Why choose Struvento Exterior Cleaning

  • Method is part of the scope

Pressure and soft wash are chosen for the surface. Siding is not treated like a driveway by default.

  • Prep for paint, or a stand-alone wash

Exteriors that need coating and exteriors that only need soil removed are planned as different jobs.

  • Commercial elevations are scheduled, not blasted

Storefronts, hardscape, and occupied sites need protection and access windows written down.

Process

How it works

  1. 1

    Identify the surface

Siding, masonry, wood, and concrete do not get the same method.

  2. 2

    Choose pressure or soft wash

The method is part of the scope, not a surprise on site.

  3. 3

    Protect what should stay dry

Openings, landscaping you want spared, and adjacent property are part of planning.

  4. 4

    Clean and rinse

The job is complete when the specified surfaces are washed, not when the machine is empty.

Commercial

Commercial exteriors and hardscape

Walkways, building faces, and site concrete can be washed with a method matched to the material—not a single pressure setting for the whole property.

Questions

FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my siding?
That is why soft washing exists as a separate service. We match method to surface instead of defaulting to high pressure.
Do you clean roofs?
Ask during intake. Roof work is scoped separately from siding, hardscape, and gutter cleaning.
Can you wash before painting?
Yes. Exterior painting often needs a clean substrate. The two divisions can be sequenced.
