Struvento Exterior Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is for hard surfaces that tolerate mechanical force—typically certain concretes and similar substrates. It is not the default for all siding.
Why this service exists
- Effective on many walkways, drives, and hardscape
- Method named so it is not applied blindly to soft siding
- Can precede sealing or coating by others
- Residential and commercial hardscape
Process
How this service runs
- 1
Surface check
If the substrate cannot take pressure, we steer the job to soft wash or decline that area.
- 2
Access and water
Supply, drainage, and overspray neighbors are planned.
- 3
Wash
Passes are even. Striping from rushing is a quality miss.
- 4
Rinse and walk
Residue and edges are checked before leaving.
Questions
FAQ
- Is this the same as house washing?
- Not always. House siding often belongs under soft washing or siding cleaning.
- Do you bring water?
- Access to water is confirmed during intake. We do not assume a tanker on every job.
