Project coordination
Awarded work may be performed by one division, sequenced across divisions, or fulfilled with qualified subcontractors when the contract allows it. Coordination means a named scope, a sequence, and a person to call.
Subcontractor and vendor coordination
Some opportunities need capacity or a licensed trade beyond a single division. Struvento maintains a vendor network for that purpose. Interest from potential partners is an introduction, not an award.
