Struvento Flooring
Flooring Removal
Flooring removal is labor and disposal of the existing finish down to the agreed layer—carpet, plank, or other ordinary finishes. Adhesives, multiple layers, and asbestos-era materials change everything and are not casually assumed.
Why this service exists
- A clean starting layer for the next install
- Hauling can coordinate with Junk Removal when volume is high
- Honest about glue-down and multi-layer tear-outs
- Does not include hazardous abatement
Process
How this service runs
- 1
What is down there
Photos and a corner test beat guessing at three glued layers.
- 2
Protect remaining rooms
Tear-out dust travels. Containment is part of occupied homes.
- 3
Remove to the agreed layer
Down to subfloor vs down to a salvageable underlayment is specified.
- 4
Haul
Debris leaves the site as ordinary C&D unless rules say otherwise.
Questions
FAQ
- Old tile mastic or 9x9 tile?
- Some historic materials require testing and specialist handling. That work is coordinated separately when needed.
- Do you move furniture?
- Room-empty vs we-move-it is a labor line. It is not silently included.
