Struvento Flooring

LVP Flooring

LVP installation covers layout, underlayment as required, and plank systems suited to the room’s moisture and use. It is a specified product job, not a generic “vinyl.”

Why this service exists

  • Common choice for homes and rental turnovers
  • Moisture and underlayment discussed per product
  • Transitions and trims included
  • Layout planned for the room

Process

How this service runs

  1. 1

    Product and acclimation

We follow the product’s requirements, including acclimation when the manufacturer calls for it.

  2. 2

    Subfloor

Flatness and cleanliness are checked before the first plank.

  3. 3

    Install

Layout starts from a plan, not from whichever wall is convenient.

  4. 4

    Trim and transitions

A floor without transitions is not finished.

Questions

FAQ

Is LVP waterproof?
Products vary. We install to the specification of the product you buy.
Bathrooms and below-grade?
Ask with the product in mind. Not every LVP is right for every wet area.
